All of our ties include free Parcel Post shipping for orders over $60 (2-7 business days, normally $8.99 for orders less than $60). Express Post is also available for urgent orders ($14.98, 1-2 business days).
How long can I expect shipping to take?
Australia Post Parcel Post for the East Coast is 2-10 business days depending on if you are located within a major city or suburb.
Australia Post Parcel Post for the West Coast is 3-14 business days depending on if you are located within a major city or suburb.
Australia Post Express Post is 1-2 business days.
When will my order be shipped after I have placed it and payment has been received?
1-2 business days, depending on what time of the day you place your order. If your order and payment comes through before 12:30pm on a business day your order will generally go out the same day. If your order is received after 12:30pm, it will be shipped on the next business day. Express orders are shipped every business day and parcel post orders are shipped most business days.
Help! My order has not arrived within your suggested time frame?
If the shipping time indicated has past and your order has still not arrived contact us for your tracking number. We will track it and email you with both your tracking number and what we learnt.

What if my item is lost in transit?
It is very rare for a tracked parcel to go missing but accidents happen. If you do not receive your order due to being lost in transit, we will ship your order again. If the item is no longer available we will send you a list of options.
I tracked my order and it says delivered but I do not have it?
All our orders are labeled with “do not safe drop” meaning the postal service are not to leave it if you are not home, it is most likely at your local post office awaiting collection.
I want it left on my door step because I do not have time to collect it before an event.
If you would like it left on your front step please leave a note in the customer notes section during check out. WARNING: If you order is shown as delivered and you requested it to be left on your door step we are unable to replace or refund your order. The most likely scenario is that your order was stolen and it is now a matter for the local police.
